Brightspace positions itself as an educational platform focused on flexibility, powerful learning innovation, best‑in‑class service, and customizable content. However, the current app experience does not fully deliver on these promises. In my own use of the app, I found the interface confusing and often frustrating, to the point where I frequently exited without accomplishing my original task. In this redesign, I centered around Brightspace’s stated priorities and developed a more intuitive, flexible, and user‑friendly interface designed to encourage learners to engage meaningfully with the platform.
