project name

Environmental Poster & Game

The first phase of this project focused on designing an informational poster. I explored innovative ways to visualize data and became fascinated by radar-style graphs, which represent clusters in a dynamic, circular format. I applied this concept to highlight the ecological impact of invasive Bradford Pear trees. The poster combines this unique graph with detailed illustrations to clearly communicate why these trees are harmful to local ecosystems. Building on this theme, the second phase expanded to address all invasive plant species through an interactive game. The game features two competing teams—Invasive and Native—strategically battling for control of the board. Players collect resources, grow seedlings, and launch attacks, creating an unpredictable and engaging experience where either side could emerge victorious. This approach transforms environmental education into an immersive, hands-on activity.
